Switch Off and Unplug the PC

This reduces the chances the computer’s circuits will be damaged and will also prevent electronic shorts. Whether you have spilled water on a computer tower or laptop, remove the charging cable or power cord for safety. Remove as Much Water as Possible
If possible, turn your PC upside down to remove the water from the affected area. This is easier if you have a laptop. Leave the water to drip away, and leave your device off as you prop it up upside-down.
